
The primary reason HSC enjoys the leadership position that we do is because of the people on our team. We support them in the pursuit of their career goals by investing in training programs and cultivating a positive, diverse and team-oriented culture.
HSC has developed HSC-U, an ongoing training program that serves all employees. HSC-U offers classes designed around specific positions, as well as classes that help to promote a broader perspective on the overall industry.
In addition to HSC-U, we conduct biannual Regional Trainings. These half-day sessions cover topics that pertain to every HSC employee regardless of their position within the company. Topics include landlord/tenant law, harassment, diversity, government regulation and others.
The true highlight of these Regional Trainings, however, is when we celebrate the achievements of individual team members. Individual awards are handed out in such categories as Top Property, Best Maintenance, Top Shop, Highest Occupancy and many more.
